today part of our?not so little?family?decided to venture out to grab some lunch.?(juj and plum are in florida celebrating their other sisters first birthday and will be home early next week.)?we didn't want to go far so we decided to walk to a little restaurant around the corner from our house. it was... interesting to say the least.?lets just say there was a cranky toddler that was over due for nap time, a squirming baby that wanted to be held and to nurse all through the meal, aubrey's food was cold and i forgot how messy and embarrassing it is to be a new mama that forgets her nursing pads while out in public. hah! we couldn't help but laugh.
in other news we are adjusting nicely over here. things are starting to get back to normal and we are working on a new routine with a newborn in the house. all good things.
