Homegrown Yoga and Massage is wrapping up its first summer season of offering massage services and yoga classes at the YMCA Rockies Estes Park Center, and it was a booming success!?? Multi-level and chair yoga classes were well-attended and the massage schedule was full.? If you missed the yoga and massage services this summer, look for us next summer!? Yoga classes will continue and we will be expanding our massage services, widening the hours of operation and increasing the number of massage therapists to meet the high number of requests for massage.
